She is a public policy specialist with extensive experience in citizen safety and state reform in Latin America, strategic planning, prospective analysis, political advising, public and private communication. As sociologist by trade, she holds a master's degree in Public Policy and a PhD in Political Science, she has written books and articles in national and foreign magazines. She has also been a lecturer and speaker on topics related to strategic security, public policy and criminal justice in multiple countries.
