The professor of the Department of Political Studies, Viviana Cuevas, affirmed in a conversation with Radio France International that "one of the aspects that marks the Rejection's victory has to do with the fact that people thought that the Constitution intended to make radical changes from the political point of view", in relation to the Constitutional Plebiscite of last September 4.
In relation to the consequences of the result of the election and the possible future of a new constitutional route, the teacher emphasized that "the President (Gabriel Boric) has already expressed the will of the Executive to generate an agreement with the Parliament to continue with the process".
