Catalina Rodríguez is an Analyst in Politics and International Affairs from the Universidad de Santiago de Chile, Master in Political Science from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, with specialization in international security, human rights and negotiations. Since 2017 she has worked as a professional in the Multilateral Regional Integration Directorate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Chile, where she has served as Head of Hemispheric Affairs, responsible for the Organization of American States, Summit of the Americas and issues such as the Venezuelan and Nicaraguan crisis. Her development in international security issues made her a beneficiary of the "Women in International Security and Cyberspace Fellowship", where she participates in the negotiations of the United Nations Open Ended Working Group on Developments in the Field of Information and Telecommunications in the Context of International Security (OEWG)
