He holds a master’s degree and has more than 20 years of experience in information systems and statistical data analysis, in both higher education - Pontifical Catholic University of Chile (PUC) - and in the public sector - National Council of Education (CNED) – He is currently the coordinator for the national process of data collection in higher education (INDICES, acronym in Spanish). Content editor of the magazine "Calidad en la Educación" (Quality in Education, CNED). Instructor in the International Studies program at the University of Santiago, Chile, with 8 years of University teaching experience in the areas of mathematical reasoning, statistics, research in sociology and seminar (last class required to graduate).
